  •     Cable Management Systems: We will discuss cable management options (in-wall vs. cable covers).

  1. TV Mount Selection

We will help you decide on a suitable TV wall mount according to your TV size, weight, and mounting needs. Typically, we have three types of mounts:

  •     Fixed Mount: Allows for no movement of the TV away from the wall, keeping it flush.
  •     Tilt Mount: Made to tilt up & down for improved viewing angles.
  •     Full-Motion Mount (Articulating): Swivels, tilts, and extends the TV for better flexibility.
  •     Compatibility Check: We will verify that the mount is a good fit for your TV’s VESA (Video Electronics Standards Association) pattern or the distance between the mounting holes on the back of the TV.

  1. TV Mount Installation

This is the core service that our technician(s) will provide:

  •     Mount the Mounting Bracket: We will measure for stud positions and drill holes in the wall for mounting the bracket for the TV. We will secure the mount onto the wall with lag screws that are included with mounting package.
  •     Mounting Your TV: When your wall mount is in place, we will lift and connect the TV to the mount and ensure the best possible connectivity with your TV.
  •     Adjust the Screen Angle: If you selected a tilting or full-motion mount, we will adjust the TV to the desired angle or position.

  1. Cable Management

  •    Organize Cables: We will organize cables with zip ties so there won’t be any clutter. They will also run cables through your wall or use cable channels or raceways on the outside of the wall.  (Note: In-wall and on-wall cable management services are not a part of the basic installation and may be included as an add-on service at the client’s request.)
  •     Device Connection: If required, we will also help you connect your TV to other devices like a cable box, soundbar, gaming console, or streaming device. We may also check to ensure that your devices are registered and ready to go.

  1. Optional: Prepare Your System

Configuration and system setup are included in the TV mounting services.

  •     Fine-Tuning Picture and Sound: We may fine-tune your TV’s picture settings (brightness, contrast, color, etc.) and audio settings (sound system integration, etc.) for optimal performance.
